Yes You Can… Own a Home is a free program sponsored by the Kentucky Housing Corporation and the local community that teaches prospective homebuyers how to become successful homeowners. Local professionals from the housing industry volunteer to teach the classes held in locations around the state.

These volunteers lead you through each step of the home buying process, from budgeting to closing. Learn how much you can afford for a home, how to shop for the right home, what the sales contract and loan application are and even some basic home maintenance tips.
