The Homebuyer Assistance Programs are financial assistance projects that are funded with federal funds which limit to households with incomes at or below 120% or 80% of the median income for this area, depending on the program.

The following Homebuyer Assistance programs are available for housing within the City of Covington:

• Neighborhood Stabilization Program
