Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is responsible for decisions on applications for
zoning variances; decisions on appeals of ruling by the Zoning Specialist; decisions on
zoning variances; decisions on appeals of ruling by the Zoning Specialist; decisions on
applications for conditional-use permits; decisions on requests for changes to non-
conforming use structures.

The mayor appoints Board members to four-year terms, approved by the City
